Luca was very responsive and patient, answering a bunch of questions as we figured out which new intercom system would work for our building. I had the best experience using NYC intercom, they installed both cameras to my front door like real professionals. And as well upgraded my intercom to video imaging, all at a fairly good price. Not the cheapest service, but fairly reliable and honest. Would definitely recommend, as I've had horror stories with other services in the past!

Luca was amazing. Called him and the next day he came by to troubleshoot our old Aiphone intercom system that wasn't working anymore. Aiphone technical support wanted me to start buying new parts. Professional, knowledgeable, affordable and friendly. Luca came to replace two cameras from an existing system at our lot. He took the time to show me how different the picture quality is compared a company we had used before and installed a cheap camera. He then showed me how to use the free camera app he installed on my phone and the next morning called me to ask if I was satisfied with the night vision camera resolution. Luca came to install cameras at my uncles grocery store about 5 weeks ago and everything works perfect. The resolution is much better than what he had before and he can also check everything from his cell phone.

Fantastic Find! Can't say enough. We have had an old LeeDan intercom for decades and finally with Luca, put a 7 unit aiphone video system in our Flatiron loft building in one day. Yesterday, in fact. Works beautifully, everyone in the building loves it, the quality, the simplicity and how smoothly it all happened. Luca, the owner came at 7:30AM as I requested. Just that's extraordinary, but so was everything else. When small problems arose they were quickly diagnosed and resolved without missing a beat.
